Björk Undergoes Successful Lazer Treatment for Vocal Cord Nodules

Earlier this year, Björk had to cancel shows and Biophilia residencies in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, and Portugal due to having inflamed vocal cord nodules, which can cause permanent damage. In a post on her website today, the Icelandic singer has written that doctors have managed to cure the "vocal polyp" with idiosyncratically Björk-like "hi tech lazer tech stuff." Hurrah!
